My March habit is tracking everything I eat. I've been tracking my workouts for a long time, and even weighing myself every morning, but I don't seem to be gaining the weight that would signal an increase in strength. It's almost certainly related to not eating enough. So I'll be tracking the calories of everything that I put in my mouth. This will be a pain in the ass (I've tried this before), but if I can stick with it, it should become easier as I learn the numbers for the foods I eat often. My goal is to hit 3000 calories on "moderate activity" days (e.g. days with workouts or an ultimate game), and 3400 calories on "high activity" days (e.g. tournament days).
