First, an update on my current habits. My email checking and diet tracking habits are still going strong. My email count has been so low that I'm even turning off my inbox zero Beeminder (it's become more of a hassle than an aid). However, I've given up on my daily meditation habit. I know it's good for me, but lately it feels like a waste of my time. Maybe I'll restart it in the future.

My April habit will be stretching. I'm going to stretch and work on my mobility/flexibility every day. This is primarily to help keep my tendonitis under control and avoid injury as I move into the ultimate season. But I'm also very conscious that I spend all day sitting and that's pretty bad for me. I'll be focusing extra attention on my hip flexors, quads, hamstrings and shoulders.
